Mini Symposia
Mini symposia, especially when combined with a national society meeting, are a unique way to reach your busy customers while they are at a conference. Promedica International CME will work through the following phases with you to produce a series that will benefit your customers while achieving your objectives.
Accreditation: The initial phase
includes preparation and completion of the CME application for AMA PRA
Category 1 Credit.
Design, Promotion and Planning: The Design, Promotion
and Planning phase includes determination of topics of discussion, target
audience, and marketing strategy, as well as the development of promotional
materials. Location(s) will be secured through a site visit.
Coordination and Maintenance: The Coordination and Maintenance
phase includes processing registrations, reserving hotel accommodations
for faculty members, assessing and securing audiovisual needs, syllabus
development and ACCME files maintenance.
Implementation and Reconciliation: The final stage,
Implementation and Reconciliation, includes on-site registration and
comprehensive management of the program from the audiovisual arrangements
to catering adjustments, as well as reconciliation of vendor invoices,
faculty appreciation correspondence, and final financial report and
tabulation of participant evaluations.
