PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This two-and-a-half day continuing medical education symposium has been designed to impact patient care worldwide by fulfilling the educational need gaps of the physician attendees, incorporating multiple desired physician attributes. The needs of the attedees are assessed through an extensive review process of previous course evaluations. The forthcoming program will represent a worldwide overview of hybrid approaches to important issues facing practicing physicians who are involved with the care and treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases.
TARGET AUDIENCE
The symposium is designed for anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, cardiologists, family practice physicians, internists, vascular surgeons, residents, nurse practicioners, physician assistants, cardiac nurses, and other healthcare professionals involved in the care and treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases.

CME ACCREDITATION & DESIGNATION
Promedica International is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Promedica International designates this educational activity for a maximum of 19.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
The American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) allots this educational activity 25.7 Category 1 CEUs for perfusionists.

REFUNDS
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and refunds are subjected to a $100 charge. Cancellations cannot be accepted over the telephone. Refunds will not be available after February 26, 2010.
